Hong Kong's Tightens Rules Again as COVID-19 Cases Rise
As Hong Kong's new coronavirus cases continue to rise, their Secretary of the Food and Health announced that effective July 23rd, a new round of epidemic prevention and control measures, effective for 14 days, will require people to wear masks at indoor public places and public transportation.
Additionally, those arrive in Hong Kong who have been in Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, the Philippines, South Africa and the United States in the past 14 days must provide the new coronavirus nucleic acid test results taken within the last 72 hours and make reservations in Hong Kong.
The compulsory quarantine arrangements for certain arrivals in Hong Kong has also been extended to September 7; and the effective period of the "restricted gathering order" has been extended to December 31.

All persons who have stayed in the Mainland at any time during the 14 days before the day of arrival, regardless of nationality and travel documents, must undergo a 14-day compulsory quarantine.
