NEW Option for Work Permits or Visa Questions

Getting your work permits just got a lot easier. 

Originally scheduled to start at the beginning of the year but delayed due to the virus situation, this new option for getting work permits is now available at the Net Valley Management & Service Center for Expats (MSCE)!

The First Foreigner's Work Permit Application Service Center in Nanshan District

Due to tightened restrictions put in place to protect us from the new coronavirus pandemic, visa related topics are now among the most concerning for foreigners in China. If you have any questions, doubts, or concerns about any step of the process, you can also get FREE friendly expert advice in English at the Net Valley MSCE.

These services are available to all, whether you're a resident of Nanshan or not. Additionally, there's a very informative flowchart below outlining the process you'll need to take.

为提高政务服务质量和效率，自2020年4月20日起，我市外国人来华工作许可服务窗口在蛇口网谷境外人员管理服务中心（外管中心）正式开启试运营。

全市企业可在外国人来华工作管理服务系统预提交外国人来华工作许可材料，材料齐全、内容规范的企业经通知可到外管中心办理材料核验，线上与线下相结合，为各大企事业单位提供外国人来华工作许可制卡、更新、咨询等服务。

在蛇口网谷设立服务窗口是对现行外国人来华工作管理方式的创新尝试，有利于推进落实“放管服”改革，搭建国际人才引进平台和服务平台，也有利于切实解决周边企业和外国人才办理许可时交通不便、耗时较长等问题，进一步提升蛇口网谷园区人才服务水平。

The Center was jointly established by Zhaoshang Sub-district Office, Nanshan Branch of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau and Shenzhen Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, CIEP, operated by Shenzhen Nanshan Southwind Social Work Service Center. Adhering to the concept of “Openness, Inclusiveness, Diversity and Sharing”, the Center bases its work on “Shekou Net Valley” park, influencing the entire Zhaoshang Sub-district, and providing a “one-stop” comprehensive service platform for expats. As a bridge and a bond between the government and foreign friends, the Center is committed to promoting co-governance,co-construction, sharing and integration in the international block construction.
