World's 1st Long-Distance Wireless Charging Unveiled in Shenzhen
On September 16, Siherui (Shenzhen) Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. debuted its long-distance wireless power technology in Shenzhen for the first time. By implanting a chip into your mobile phone, the company states, you can charge your mobile phone from up to 120 meters away from the power source.
The company’s operating partner Chen Zhe made the following claims while introducing this SHR Direct Wave Wireless Technology at a press conference:
Efficiency
Power levels reached 12W with power transmission conversion efficiency of 95%, close to the efficiency of wired transmission, compared to 70%-90% of the current mainstream wireless power transmission standards, such as the QI standard and the Power Matters Alliance standard.
Safety
Unlike current mainstream wireless power transmission technology, that uses 6.78MHz magnetic resonance, the wireless power transmission technology of Siherui uses 3-6MHz ultra-low frequency direct wave technology resulting in a relatively low frequency, which does not form radiation.
Stability
The ultra-low frequency technology of the wireless transmission of Siherui electric energy gives it a super anti-shielding ability with high stability. After the existing technology is upgraded, it may realize barrier-free power transmission and achieve higher field applications in wireless technology.
Siherui expects the ultra-small sized chip-enabled feature of this technology, compared to huge coils, will result in large-scale applications and generate trillions in market demand.
