世界自然基金会(WWF)招聘

Regional Development Manager 

• Location: Shenzhen

• Report to: Partnership and Development Director, WWF China

• This position is responsible for developing and marketing the partnership engagement product portfolio that fit to regional situation, deploy related standards, policies and processes for partnership engagement and accomplish fundraising target.

Main Responsibilities

1. Develop fundraising and social marketing strategies for WWF south China and support the organizational development from marketing side;

2. Develop new marketing products and tools to maximize revenue to sustain the environmental and conservation work represented by WWF China;
   

3. Support high-level engagement of business leaders benefiting WWF China’s conservation and fundraising goals;
   

4. Assist Partnership and Development Director to develop SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) for whole development team;
   

5. Keep a high quality pipeline of project sponsorship proposals in coordination with WWF conservation program teams;
   

6. Manage current and initiate new relationships with partners and engagement/fundraising events; and act as key execution contact for relationship maintenance with committee.
   

7. Build WWF reputation on business engagement among the business community to increase their support;
   

8. Perform other duties as required.

Working Relations

1. Internal: Members of Partnership and Development Department; Conservation and Public Engagement teams; Partnership and Development departments of WWF International and related WWF network offices.

2. External: Multinational and local Chinese companies; NGOs, agencies and associates based in South China and other key account assigned by supervisor.
   

Requirements

1. Minimum 10 years working experience in marketing, business development or Corporate Social Responsibility and at least 5 years in management role is a must.

2. Experience in working or collaborating with C-level executives and Board in organization is a plus.
   

3. Good communication and coordination skills with corporate partners as well as with WWF network.
   

4. Professional presentation skills and good problem-solving abilities.
   

5. Detail-focused, enthusiastic, ambitious and self-motivated.
   

6. Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
   

7. Bachelor or above, marketing related major is preferable.

• The  Clean by Design (CBD) program, launched in 2009, is an innovative green supply chain initiative to leverage the purchasing power of multi-national corporations to reduce the environmental impacts of their manufacturing abroad.

• Working with a number of prominent global apparel retailers and brands, the program has focused first in the textile sector, which is notorious for its energy and water intensity and for its high pollution load.

• Clean by Design reduces the environmental footprint of textile mills with a business-friendly model that focuses on increasing production efficiencies, which saves factories money.  

• The project is seeking an intern to work in our Beijing office.

Responsibilities

1. Compile Industry Newsletters

2. Help with data gathering, checking, processing and analysis

3. Create and maintain mill profiles

4. Translate key documents

5. Process and track invoices, contracts, grants, and budgets,

6. Copy, scan and distribute documents, etc.

7. Support event, logistic planning and coordination

8. Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

1. Native Chinese language ability and highly fluent in English (including reading, writing, speaking, and listening)

2. Bachelor's degree with relevant working experience.
   

3. Excellent communication skills and experience working in both English and Chinese language environments
   

4. Detail-oriented and with a strong sense of self-initiative, responsibility, patience and curiosity.

Le pôle TSA Chine est composé de 13 personnes réparties sur 6 bureaux.
Le Conseiller Export qui a en charge les secteurs relevant de la filière Tech & Services - Aéronautique travaille sous la responsabilité du Chef de pôle basé à Pékin et sous celle du Directeur Zone Chine. L’équipe qu’il encadre et manage, avec le Chef de pôle, est composée de deux prospecteurs (1 SDL et 1 VIA).

Contenu du poste :
Participation à l’activité commerciale TSA sous la supervision du Chef de pôle. Suivi en particulier des secteurs suivants :
1/Nouvelles Technologies du secteur numérique ;
2/Innovation ;
3/Services ;
4/Aéronautique.

Participer à l’élaboration de la stratégie du pôle pour la Chine du Nord, en harmonie avec les priorités du siège de Business France et des autres bureaux en Chine-Hong-Kong. Mettre en œuvre le plan d’actions sectorielles, grâce à une bonne gestion opérationnelle (relation avec les fournisseurs logistiques ; réalisation des documents promotionnels ; élaboration de programme) des évènements et des visites de délégations d’entreprises Tech françaises.

Identifier les acteurs français capable d’exporter en France, et commercialiser les prestations d’accompagnement de Business France, en apportant un soin tout particulier au développement de la relation client sur le long terme (traçabilité des courants d’affaires). Animer, coordonner une équipe biculturelle à Pékin, afin de pouvoir réaliser les prestations en mobilisant les ressources et les moyens mis à disposition. Entretenir des relations de confiance avec les acteurs chinois, pour répondre à leurs attentes.

Exemple d’opérations concrètes : Principalement rencontres d’acheteurs, vendre à des grands comptes, deux programmes d’immersion et d’accélération de start-ups françaises dans les métiers de la Tech, salons etc.

Tout au long de l’année, maintenir, développer un réseau de contacts d’expertises tout spécialement dans le secteur de la Finance-Assurance (services) et de l’aéronautique.

Veille permanente d’information, sur l’évolution de la filière TSA en Chine et notamment la Chine du nord.

Préparation des premières réponses aux entreprises et élaboration des propositions commerciales (dont multi-bureaux).

Participation à l’activité éditoriale, rédaction des brèves et articles sur les activités du pôle.

Promotion V.I.E., leads et relation avec BPIFRANCE, opportunité commerciale et participation à la rédaction Success stories.

Participation ponctuelle aux activités TSA des autres bureaux en Chine (Canton, Shenzhen, Chengdu et Shanghai) et Hong-Kong.

PROFIL :

京津冀大规模招聘8000人，百万年薪岗位众多

为深入实施京津冀协同发展重大国家战略，加快推进人才一体化协调发展，4月20日，京津冀三地共同举办“2017年京津冀高层次和急需紧缺人才引进计划新闻发布会”。天津市外专局副局长王克平，京津冀三地人力社保局（厅）相关负责人，滨海新区、国资委、武清人力社保局、南开大学等重点单位负责人出席。

会上，三地共同发布高层次和急需紧缺人才需求岗位3020个，覆盖教育、科技、卫生、金融等30个行业领域，涉及重点用人单位750多家。其中，天津发布岗位需求1320个，北京、河北分别发布500个和1200个岗位需求。

人才需求是反映人才活跃度和经济发展水平的晴雨表。天津市人力社保局有关负责人介绍，今年天津的人才岗位需求呈现三方面特点。

一是覆盖广。覆盖了新兴信息产业、节能环保、生物产业等八大战略新兴产业和航空航天、高端装备等十大支柱产业。与“两重”（重大项目、重点实验室）、“两企”（高新技术企业、科技型中小企业）关联的岗位达到278个。

二是层次高。在所有的岗位中，要求具有博士学历或副教授以上职称的高端人才岗位439个，占岗位总数的33%。要求两院院士、国家“千人计划”专家、国家特支计划人选、教育部“长江学者”等国家级顶尖人才岗位需求110个。

三是待遇好。在薪酬待遇上，百万年薪以上的岗位达到51个，年薪50万元以上的160个，年薪30万元以上的305个。天津科技大学、天津工业大学等5家单位针对重要科研岗位，为引进人才提供100万元以上安家费和1000万元以上科研配套经费。

北京人力社保局相关负责人介绍说，与北京建设全国科技创新中心、大力发展高端服务业的目标高度契合，此次北京市人才需求目录中对基础科学、前沿技术的科技人才需求较大，商务、金融、文化、健康等现代服务类人才需求比例明显增加。

河北省人力社保厅相关负责人表示，作为京津高新技术产业和先进制造业研发转化及加工配套基地，河北省生产制造业领域岗位需求比例较大，此次开展需求岗位共同发布，不但面向海内外引才聚智，而且还将引才重点放在柔性引进京、津两地科技人才，推动科研项目合作和成果转化上。

北京、河北人社厅（局）的负责人表示，三地首次组织人才需求发布活动，是一种全新的合作模式，必将会加速京津冀人才一体化的进程。
