When the world has been hit hard by COVID 19, wearing a face mask or not is still the question and the stay home policy is not strictly implemented in some European countries. All those reflect an intercultural issue behind and at the same time they also imply to us that the culturally patterned behaviors are hard to change even when facing the risk of being infected.

Professor

Zhuang Enping

Zhuang Enping is a professor at SILC Business School, Shanghai University, adjunct professor at University of Modena, Italy, Associate Director for Shanghai Intercultural Association (CAFIC).

He teaches MBA and EMBA intercultural business communication at business schools in the United States, Germany, France, Ireland, Greece, and Italy.
Professor Zhuang has 20 years of experience in cross-cultural consulting and training. He is mainly engaged in the diagnosis, consulting and training of multinational company management, cultural conflicts of cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and cultural challenges for Chinese companies going abroad.
His research, consulting, and training involve cross-border M&A cases such as Shanghai World Expo, Fuyao Glass US Investment, COSCO Shipping Cross-border M&A, China Railway Overseas Project, Geely-Volvo Acquisition, Lenovo-IBMPC Acquisition, SAIC-Korea　SsangYong Acquisition, etc., which helps Chinese company going global and foreign company bring in, provides cross-cultural intelligence services, eliminates cultural obstacles, and achieves mutual benefit and win-win results.
