What our program looks like:
Hilti Outperformer is a global management development program like no other. Over a two-year period we'll prepare you for a global leadership career by putting you at thecenter of our customer-focused business model.
Yes, it's fast paced and challenging, but we’ll coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of international management projects and an impactful social project.
You’ll get the support you need to learn, grow and carve out your own career and, aside from enjoying an incredible experience, you'll be certified by a top-ranked European business school.
You are perfect for the program if:
You hold a master’s degree in supply chain management.
You are a multilingual talent, fluent in Englishand at least one other language.
You have gained international experience through
your work or studies and have spent between 2 months and 2 years in a professional environment.
You enjoy learning and are mature, assertive, curious and dedicated.
You're a flexible team player, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others.
You're internationally mobile. A global thinker who is keen for diverse cultural experiences and the opportunity to work abroad.

What does the role involve?
6 months rotation in core city (Engineering back office/Operations/Marketing/HR/Finance.
12 months rotation in Sales to enhance product and segment knowledge6 months rotation in Marketing/Operations/Core city Sales Team.

What you need is:
University degree holder in Engineering/ Business/ Marketing or related discipline
Passionate in excelling in Sales, Marketing or Engineering
Engage in activities beyond studies and demonstrate great leadership skills
Highly committed and self-driven personality
Ambitious and wants to build a career in a multi-national, technology-driven company
Good team player with excellent interpersonal skill
Self-motivated, strong customer orientation and with a “can-do” attitude
Highly proficient in English and the local language of the country applied for Internationally mobile is preferable
▐ Global Trainee-Business Track▐
Working place：上海

Desired skills and experience:

Team player with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Fluent in English and can speak the local language of the country you apply.
Willing to relocate internationally for both short and long term.
