应印尼总统佐科的邀请，中国国务院总理李克强于6日—8日对印尼进行正式访问。上周日，李克强总理抵达印尼首都雅加达，这是十九大以来，中国新一届政府首脑首次访问印尼。今年是印尼与中国建立全面战略伙伴关系5周年，李克强总理访问印尼，对于双边关系发展来说是一个非常重要的事件，对于巩固印尼与中国的传统友谊，深化“一带一路”倡议和印尼“全球海洋支点”战略对接，实现两国互利共赢都具有重要意义。据悉，李克强总理访问印尼期间，两国将签署战略对接、电子商务、农业合作等领域的多份合作协议。

①Premier Li Keqiang arrived in Jakarta on Sunday to start his six-day trip to Indonesia and Japan, which is part of China's efforts to promote regional cooperation in East Asia against the backdrop of rising protectionism.
②"My visit is to consolidate political trust, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation and enhance friendship with Indonesia," the premier said on his arrival at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
③This year marks the fifth anniversary of the China-Indonesia comprehensive strategic partnership. Trade between the two hit $63.3 billion in 2017, a year-on-year increase of 18.3 percent, said Chinese Ambassador to Jakarta Xiao Qian.
④In a signed article published by the Jakarta Post on Saturday, the premier said China will work with Indonesia to further enhance complementary relationships between their development strategies and support Indonesia in building regional economic corridors and upgrading its infrastructure.
⑤A number of agreements will be signed to further cooperate in areas such as strategy alignment, e-commerce and agriculture.
⑥Li also said China is eager to work with ASEAN to uphold the multilateral trading system, promote trade liberalization and investment facilitation. China would like an early conclusion of negotiations on the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership and establish an East Asia economic community.

中国和印尼隔海相望，两国人民因海结缘，浩瀚的大海见证了两国人民友好交往的历史。阔别10年，在我担任新一届中国国务院总理后首次出访的首站，来到“远在天边，近在心田”的“千岛之国”，造访老朋友，结识新朋友，令人尤为期待。
The vast ocean between China and Indonesia has forged natural bonds of friendship linking our peoples, bearing witness to our exchanges over the centuries. Though geographically far away, Indonesia has been a country close to my heart. I am glad to make it the first stop of my first overseas trip as Chinese Premier in my new term. I look forward to coming back to this archipelagic country after a long interval of ten years to meet old friends and make new ones.
苍穹彩云追明月，碧海白浪渡商船。早在两千多年前，先贤们就跨越山河沧海，开启了双方交往的大门。公元15世纪，中国航海家郑和七下西洋，足迹遍布印尼诸岛，带来了精美的瓷器与丝绸，留下了弥足珍贵的和平与友谊。上世纪50年代，印尼成为最早同新中国建交的国家之一。
As was often described in Chinese poetry, white-capped waves ferried merchant ships across the emerald sea with fiery clouds lighting up the evening sky. For more than 2,000 years, our ancestors traveled across the ocean and opened the door to engagement between the two countries. On his seven voyages in the 15th century, Chinese navigator Zheng He visited the Indonesian archipelago, bringing exquisite porcelain and silk and forging an invaluable bond of peace and friendship with the local people. In the 1950s, Indonesia became one of the first countries to establish diplomatic ties with New China.
进入21世纪，海洋又一次成为中国同印尼合作共赢的契合点。2013年，习近平主席成功访问印尼，中方的“21世纪海上丝绸之路”倡议同印尼的“全球海洋支点”构想深入对接。轴轳千里的古老海路重焕生机，纵横四海的豪情壮志响彻天际。中方愿同印尼积极推动发展战略对接，支持印尼“区域综合经济走廊”建设，帮助印尼升级基础设施、促进产业发展，把连接两国的海上纽带越系越牢。
Entering the 21st century, the ocean has once again brought us together for win-win cooperation. In his visit to Indonesia in 2013, President Xi Jinping put forward the initiative of building the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. Since then, a strong synergy has been developed between this initiative and Indonesia’s vision for the Global Maritime Fulcrum, re-energizing the centuries-old sea lanes and our shared dream of harnessing the ocean to the benefit of our peoples. China will work with Indonesia to further enhance the complementarity between our development strategies. China will support Indonesia in building the regional economic corridors and upgrading its infrastructure and industrial development to make the maritime bond between us even stronger.
两国经贸合作正破浪前行。中国已连续7年成为印尼最大贸易伙伴，2017年双边贸易额633亿美元，同比增速达18%。中国已成为印尼最主要的外资来源地，快速增长的中国投资增加了当地的就业机会。中国—印尼综合产业园建设成效显著，雅万高铁稳步推进，风靡中国的移动支付和共享经济漂洋过海、走进印尼，两国合作新动能不断涌现。
Our business cooperation is cleaving waves and surging forward. China has been Indonesia's largest trading partner for seven years in a row. In 2017, two-way trade reached US$63.3 billion, up 18% year-on-year. China has become Indonesia’s main source of foreign investment and the fast-growing Chinese investment has created many new jobs for the local people. Good results have been achieved in building the China-Indonesia industrial parks and steady progress is being made in the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway. The highly popular mobile payment and sharing economy in China have been introduced into the Indonesian market, adding new drivers of growth to our bilateral cooperation.
两国人文交流已千帆竞发。中国已成为印尼最大海外游客来源国和第二大留学目的地国，越来越多的印尼青年人到中国学习、工作、创业。去年在茂物安家的大熊猫“湖春”和“彩陶”，成为拉近两国人民心灵距离的“使者”。我们期待继续扩大两国在教育、文化、青年、媒体、智库等领域的交流，让两国人民的心灵越走越近。
Our people-to-people exchange is advancing in full sail. China has become Indonesia’s largest source of foreign tourists and second largest host of Indonesian students. More and more young Indonesians have chosen to work, study or open their own businesses in China. The two giant pandas, Huchun and Caitao, who settled in Bogor last year, have become new envoys of friendship between our peoples. We look forward to stronger exchanges covering education, culture, youth, media and think tanks to bring our peoples even closer.
今年适逢中印尼建立全面战略伙伴关系5周年。两国同为发展中大国和二十国集团成员，彼此携手合作，不仅能够造福各自人民，对促进地区乃至世界的繁荣和稳定也有重要意义。中国愿与印尼共同推进区域一体化进程，加强在联合国等多边平台的协调配合，维护发展中国家利益，推动构建相互尊重、公平正义、合作共赢的新型国际关系。
This year coincides with the fifth anniversary of China-Indonesia comprehensive strategic partnership. As major developing countries and members of the G20, cooperation between our two countries will not only bring real benefits to our peoples but also contribute significantly to regional and global stability and prosperity. China is ready to work with Indonesia to push forward the regional integration process and strengthen coordination and collaboration at the UN and other multilateral fora to uphold the interests of developing countries and promote a new form of international relations featuring mutual respect, fairness, justice and win-win cooperation.
今年也是中国同东盟建立战略伙伴关系15周年，在雅加达期间我还将到访东盟秘书处。中国始终把东盟作为周边外交的优先方向，坚定支持东盟共同体建设，支持东盟在东亚区域合作中的中心地位。中方愿与东盟共同规划双方关系长远发展，对接发展战略，推进各领域合作，建设更高水平的中国—东盟战略伙伴关系。加强海上合作，把南海建设成为造福地区各国人民的和平、友谊与合作之海。我们也期待与东盟一道维护多边贸易体制，促进贸易和投资自由化便利化，推动“区域全面经济伙伴关系协定”谈判早日完成，携手迈向东亚经济共同体目标。
This year also marks the 15th anniversary of the China-ASEAN strategic partnership. During my stay in Jakarta, I will visit the ASEAN Secretariat to underscore China’s commitment to its relations with ASEAN. Taking ASEAN as a high priority in its neighborhood diplomacy, China has been a staunch supporter of ASEAN community building and ASEAN centrality in East Asian cooperation. China will work with ASEAN to develop a joint vision for China-ASEAN relations, forge greater synergy between our development strategies, and advance all-round cooperation to take this strategic partnership to a higher level. China is committed to closer maritime cooperation to make the South China Sea a sea of peace, friendship and cooperation for the benefit of all peoples in the region.
China is keen to work with ASEAN to uphold the multilateral trading system, promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, push for early conclusion of negotiations on the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and move toward the goal of an East Asia economic community.
中国同印尼的友好合作已开启新的航程。有志者自有千方百计。我坚信，只要我们齐心协力、矢志不渝，两国友好合作之船一定能乘风破浪，不断前进！
China and Indonesia are now poised to set sail for a new voyage of friendship and cooperation. As an Indonesian proverb tells us, if you are sufficiently determined to achieve something, then you will find a way of doing so. I am confident that with full commitment and concerted efforts, the ship of China-Indonesia friendly cooperation will brave winds and waves and sail toward a bright future.
