 Job Description: 


1.Lead a continuous process of curriculum co-creation in which colleagues imagine ever better ways to connect with and inspire students to become lifelong learners who are of use to the world. The school curriculum should be experiential (e.g., project-based, hands-on, seminar- /inquiry-based) and connect students to the real world;


2.Lead the process by which The school would achieve accreditation, preferably in 2023;


3.Develop and lead a process of ongoing programmatic review through which all departments would set, and regularly self-reflect and evaluate progress towards, goals. This internal review process should organically feed the school accreditation cycle;


4.Oversee the course request process, class scheduling and course-change process to optimize students’ pursuit of individual programs in which they develop intrinsic interests and passions;

 Job Description: 


1.Provide a detailed syllabus for class schedules throughout the school year with lessons based on testing standards and school mIssions;


2.Teaching students according to their individual educational needs including the appropriate classroom setting and providing feedback on homework carried out by students;


3.Assisting with duties assigned by the field of English and Humanities Study Coordinator;


4.Assessing, recording, and report ing on the attendance, academic progress, classroom behavior and keeping electronic records as required;

 Job Description: 


1.Work closely with faculty to implement Character Education in various forms (observation, consultation, intervention, possible SEL/SEED courses offered, etc.);

Requirements


1.Registration as either a Psychologist or Social Worker in country of origin AND/OR educational qualifications with work experience and additional training in behaviour management or counseling areas;

3.Near-native proficiency in English;


4.A minimum of two years of experience as an Elementary School counselor;


5.Experience in design and delivery of group programs to different audiences, preferably in school classroom settings;


6.Experience in interacting with ESL/EAL students in China or abroad is a plus.
