braised tofu with mushrooms
-食材-
INGREDIENTS
300克 豆腐
300g tofu
50克 金针菇*
50g needle mushrooms*
50克 白玉菇*
50g white jade mushrooms*
30克 香菇*
30g shiitake*
|*|也可以用其它菌类
|*| or other mushrooms of your choice
一勺 味噌酱(无酒精)
1 tbsp of miso sauce (non-alcoholic)
少许 胡椒粉
A bit of pepper
少许 酱油
A bit of soy sauce
少许 芝麻
A bit of sesame
少许 芹菜(做装饰)
A bit of chopped celery (to garnish)
-做法-
INSTRUCTIONS
1.豆腐切厚片, 菌类洗净,切丝;
Cut the tofu into thick slices, wash and cut the mushrooms*.
*You don't have to find these exact mushrooms, just go with your favorite ones or what you have on hand!
2.热锅,放入菌类干煸,加少许水,再加入调料和豆腐先大火烧开然后转小火继续煮约十分钟。
Heat a pan, add the mushrooms, add a little bit of water,stirring occasionally, until most of the mushroom liquid has evaporated, then add the seasonings and the tofu, bring to boil then turn on low heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
