2017亚裔峰会给我的体验
一开始要参加全美亚裔青年峰会Beyond Our Boundaries，我有点紧张，因为我一般不怎么爱说话。 但是当我认识了其他青年之后，我发现不用害怕，因为他们能理解我，大家都有过类似的经历。参加讲习班让我进一步认识到，走到街头抗议并不是唯一有效的办法。 有时，其他媒介，如绘画等艺术手段，或互联网，也是非常有效的。
这次峰会对我来说是一个崭新的和开放的经历。 我了解了行动主义，社会问题，以及如何共同解决问题。 看到其他亚裔青年讲述自己的故事，发表他们的意见，我得到了很大的启发。大家的发言让我意识到我们都在为同样的目标而努力，我们应该相互支持。
我认为这次会议真的让我们超越了我们的界限，我们可以联合起来，一起创造一个更美好的世界。

My Experience at the Asian Youth Summit

At first I was nervous about going to the Beyond Our Boundaries summit because I do not talk a lot. But after getting to know people, I realized that they understood me and that we shared similar experiences. Attending the workshops made me further realize that going out and protesting on the streets is not the only way to make a difference. Sometimes other mediums such as art, or the internet, are also very effective.
The summit was a really new and eye-opening experience for me. I enjoyed going to the workshops and learning about activism, social issues, and how we can work together to solve problems. Seeing other Asian American youth tell their stories and give their opinions really inspired me. Listening to what everyone had to say made me realize that we are all working for the same goals and that we should support each other more.
I feel that this summit was successful in the mission of reaching beyond our boundaries. United together, we can work towards building a better world and a better future.
