Professor Donald Clarke, George Washington University
美国乔治华盛顿大学法学院郭丹青教授
Professor Clarke is a specialist in modern Chinese law, focusing particularly on corporate governance, Chinese legal institutions, and the legal issues presented by China's economic reforms. In addition to his academic work, he founded and maintains Chinalaw, the leading internet listserv on Chinese law, writes The China Collection blog, and is a co-editor of Asian Law Abstracts on the Social Science Research Network. He has also served as an expert witness on Chinese law matters in a number of legal cases, and has advised various organizations. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Professor Clarke holds an A.B. degree from Princeton University, an M.Sc. degree from the School of Oriental & African Studies of the University of London (SOAS), and a J.D. degree from Harvard. Prior to his current position, he was on the faculty of SOAS and the University of Washington School of Law.

Tom Ginsburg focuses on comparative and international law from an interdisciplinary perspective. He holds BA, JD, and PhD degrees from the University of California at Berkeley. His books include Judicial Review in New Democracies (2003), which won the C. Herman Pritchett Award from the American Political Science Association; The Endurance of National Constitutions (2009), which also won a best book prize from APSA; Constitutions in Authoritarian Regimes (2014); and Law and Development in Middle-Income Countries (2014). He currently co-directs the Comparative Constitutions Project. He is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.

Professor Teemu Ruskola, Emory University
美国埃默里大学法学院络德睦教授
Teemu Ruskola is Jonas Robitscher Professor of Law at Emory University, as well as an affiliated faculty member in History; East Asian Studies; Comparative Literature; and Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies. Ruskola is the author of Legal Orientalism: China, the United States, and Modern Law (Harvard University Press 2013), co-author of Schlesinger’s Comparative Law (Foundation Press 2009), and co-editor of a special double issue of the journal Social Text on “China and the Human" (2012).
