▐ Supply Chain Graduates – Commercialisation Analyst▐ 

Location:上海
Salary:8-12k/月
About the Role:
1.This is an opportunity for an ambitious and hard-working Fresh Graduate to work in the role of Supply Chain Analyst. The main purpose of this role is to drive supply excellence for Customers in APMEA region;
2.To manage the order review process to ensure all orders are delivered on time and in full, in accordance with business and customer expectations.
3.This is an integral role with the Supply Chain department to ensure the team meets and exceed all order management KPIs such as, OTIF (On Time In Full), MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and Lead Time adherence as well as provide full transparency within the Kerry Management team by providing weekly status reports and
commentary.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Chair meetings to ensure cross-functional attention around customer order status and service level.
2.Highlight customer orders in review status, potential miss, recording of reason code, root cause analysis and follow up & ensuring clean order data that reflects reality in terms of supply (promise date, shipping date, ETA).
3.Cross-functional escalation for pending / urgent / delayed orders
Weekly executive reporting to business management and commercial teams.
4.Daily maintenance and consolidation of open order overview, including maintaining models and process to capture status / reason code / comments.
5.Identify opportunity for putting sustainable supply fixes inplace/li>.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
1.Degree in Supply Chain / Science related field / Business / Statistics / Mathematics.
2.We are willing to consider a fresh Graduate who is able to demonstrate a keen interest in working in a Planning / Supply Chain role in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment.
3.Good MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and systems experience.

▐ HR Analyst▐

About the Role:
1.This position is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to obtain a broad introduction to Human Resources and is a stepping stone to a HR leadership role in Kerry. You will have the opportunity to gain real breadth of HR experience across different sites and business areas.
2.From day one, you will be placed in an actual role and work alongside with the HR team to attract, develop, mobilise and retain great talent. As a graduate, you will be also be given real responsibility to drive projects that optimize existing processes, migrate to new processes or systems, or roll out processes within the site.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Support the recruiting and hiring process, including: posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, making job offers and negotiating starting salaries.

1.Collaborate closely with HR Shared Service, Recruitment, IT & Facilities and takes ownership of on end to end HR processes for employees.

▐ Quality Executive▐ 

Location:南通
Salary:5-8k/月About the Role:
⒈This role has responsibility to co-ordinate and drive the delivery of operational targets, initiatives and improvements at one of our manufacturing facilities.
⒉You will be required to support department managers in delivering factory performance improvements through the facilitation of Site teams using lean tools and techniques. Initially with a very hands-on approach to developing capability and leadership skills, you will develop into a People Manager with potential Shift Management responsibility.
⒊You will have specific project tasks related to driving the introduction of aspects of strategic change as the business continues to grow.
⒋Your direct Line Manager will be the Production Manager, but you may also receive instruction from the Operations Manager or other Managers as appropriate.
⒌You will have real opportunity to engage right across the business and make a difference early in your career. You will be supported and work alongside one of the most experienced food manufacturing teams in the world.

Core Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities of the role are summarised below and are subject to change according to business needs:
1.Support the Site Strategic Agenda and the successful implementation and maintenance of the Kerry Quality Standard (Site Audit Standard).
2.Facilitate the products quality and audit lab with an aim to optimize and improve the products quality, lab process optimization and working efficiency.
3.Conduct microbiological inspection on Raw Materials, Semi-finished goods, Finished goods state standards and regulations. Well maintain and control the authenticity, accuracy, and in time of the inspection results. Inform the manager immediately when experimental incident happens.
4.Make records during the inspection process, fill in inspection reports, and inspect qualified raw materials, semi-finished products, etc.
5.Responsible for production workshop environment, health and ensure the product quality.
6.Coordinate quality system document preservation and tracking.
7.Identify, manage, and execute initiatives to deliver significant improvements in the areas of:
①Quality insurance and control and system.
②People Management.
③Materials control and efficiency.
8.Facilitate and support management teams (and other teams) involved in major transformational projects.
9.Maintain awareness of best practice and modern improvement techniques.
10.Ensure familiarity is achieved with Kerry’s preferred method of problem solving (root cause, 8 step etc.).
11.Ensure compliance throughout the business for recruitment related activity.

▐ Continuous Excellence Intern▐

About the Role:
1.Support the CE director in the project workshop preparation, facilitation, and summary.
2.Involve in building the content of CE training, and support course logistics.
3.Actively engage in the communications action plan of CE.


Key Responsibilities:
1.Based on the request, proactively prepare the logistics for various CE project workshops.
2.Actively provide support during the project workshop.
Work closely with project team in summarize the workshop findings and documents.
3.Per CE director request, involve in the CE training content standardization and enhancement.
4.Work on the course logistics before, during, and after, the
training.
5.Actively participate in communication plan finalization and execution.
6.Work on any other assigned task from CE director.

▐ Tax Intern▐ 

Location:上海
Report to:Tax Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1.Support the Tax Manager in daily routine work.
2.Assist to prepare for the disposal list for asset loss application.
3.Assist to prepare for the documents, including but not limited to
scan purchase invoice, accounting entries etc.
4.Assist to collect and sort out supporting documents, including disposal approval form, gain/loss accounting entries, breakdowns etc.
5.Print out all the required documents if necessary for tax deduction application.
6.Work on any other assigned task from Tax Manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Required:
1.Adequate skill and experience in using MS Office suite software, especially Excel.
2.Good command in English.
3.Open minded.
4.Active and positive thinker.
5.Willing to learn.

▐ Lab Technician▐ 

Location:上海
Duration:3 – 6 MonthsAbout the Role:
1.This is will be an internal facing role, supporting the R&D team in Shanghai.
2.In this role, the Lab Technician will be responsible for following prescribed procedures that involves carrying out tests to set specifications and standards, assist our RDA scientists in sample preparations, product development, testing, pilot plant and upscaling.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Conducts testing of R&D samples in line with predefined procedures, for compliance with product performance and specification requirements (taste, colour, functionality).
2.Planning, setting up and undertaking controlled experiments/application based trials.
3.Ensures all outputs are recorded according to established protocols. Documents all testing results and research notes in lab books and computer databases.
4.Maintains adequate stock of raw materials and ingredients that follows established procedures in relation to laboratory maintenance and stock control.
⒌Maintains laboratory, including upkeep of equipment, stocking of supplies and general cleaning of work areas. Maintains test equipment and components to eliminate measurement error thereby reducing product failure.
6.Records results in an appropriate manner & communicates results R, D&A Scientists.
7.Provides technical support and participates in other R, D&A activity as required.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Required:
⒈Certificate / Diploma in relevant Food Science subject.
Internship or part-time experience as laboratory technician is preferred.
⒉Operates in a testing laboratory / food science environment. Ideally laboratory and pilot scale environments.
Knowledge on HACCP, manual handling, safety, chemical
handling.
