▐ Sales Assistant & Project Management▐

❶ Tasks/Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Support / Sales Assistant Intern to strengthen our Key Accountant Telecom & Database sales team. As this role you will be working closely together with the head of Key Accountant Telecom & Database of Nefab China, focusing on the following areas:

● Sales supports and project implementations to Telecom & Database business development

● Provide secretarial support to the KA Telecom & Database Director

● Coordinate special projects with global team

❷ Required skills (must have)

● Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude

● Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems

● Strong written and verbal communication in both Chinese and in English

● Bachelor Degree in English, Marketing

● Experience working with PowerPoint & Word, Excel

❸ Preferred skills (nice to have)

◆experience in sales support and project management position in global companies

▐ Marketing Intelligence Executive – Nefab China▐

❶ Main responsibility:

● Conduct competition & market studies (sometimes together with consulting agent) based on multiple information sources, including internal data bases, internet, social media, etc. to create analytic reports that support the company’s strategic initiatives.

● Conduct mappings of specific market segments and customers, including factory locations and contact details of key decision makers.

● Coordinate and support important internal & external projects. Help follow up on project progress and prepare professional power point presentations and reports.

● Monitor progress of sales opportunities related to Nefab China CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

● Create marketing materials, such as product brochures, PPT templates, reference cases, photos, videos, etc.

● Marketing materials translation (EN to CN).

● Responsible for SEO & SEM management of Nefab China website (nefab.cn); make sure the content on nefab.cn is up to date and well translated.

● Responsible for online consultation function and forwarding leads to sales managers in time.

● Responsible for Nefab China WeChat official account.

● Responsible for Showroom updates and maintenance.

● Responsible for preparation work of tradeshows and other events, including detailed proposal, budgeting, promotional items and logistics, etc.

● Be Interface to Nefab Global Marketing Team on global marketing projects.

● Support Customer Satisfaction Survey process including internal/external audits and build comprehensive Customer Satisfaction Survey Report.

❷ Your profile:

● University degree (minimum Bachelor), preferably in Marketing or similar area.
