Urban transport, shops and service providers to resume operation

According to the national and provincial directives, urban and inter-city transportation services will be restored gradually from 18th February.

根据浙江省交通运输厅下发的《关于有序恢复公共交通服务的通知》，在确保疫情可控的前提下，分类、有序、逐步恢复全省城际客运、城市公交、出租汽车（含网约车）、城乡客运（以下统称公共交通）正常运营。

Except for the city of Wenzhou, which has been affected most heavily by the outbreak, all municipalities in Zhejiang must resume the operation of public transportation via a phased approach. Regarding the urban area of Ningbo, more than half of all bus routes should resume service.

The suspension of taxi and ride hailing services will also be lifted.

2月18日开始，除温州外，各设区市市本级要全面恢复公共交通运营。宁波的公共交通线路恢复比例原则上将不低于50%，取消出租车和网约车停运政策。

To further accommodate people’s daily needs, shops and service providers will be allowed to resume their businesses while supporting the city-wide disease control and prevention measures. These include restaurants, cafés, hotels, barber shops, convenience stores and other types of businesses that provide life necessities.

为了尽快恢复生活服务业，针对沿街商铺、餐馆、宾馆住宿、理发、维修、家政、洗涤、生鲜配送、外卖、快递、便利店、连锁店等便民服务场所，宁波市将在落实防控措施的前提下帮助尽快恢复营业，方便居民生活。

Meanwhile, restaurants and cafes will only accept take-away or delivery orders. Courier and delivery services will be conducted in a non-contact manner.

其中，餐馆只提供外带外送服务，不提供堂食。快递、投递、外卖等实行无接触配送。
