Overview（概述）

This injury occurs when the base of the second metatarsal is broken, or when a ligament that connects this metatarsal to one of the cuneiform bones of the midfoot is ruptured.

　　当第二跖骨基底部骨折或连接该跖骨与中足的楔骨的韧带破裂，就会发生Lisfranc骨折脱位。

Causes（原因）

LisFranc fracture-dislocations typically occur when the foot is severely twisted, or when a heavy object is dropped on top of the foot. A LisFranc injury may allow bones in the midfoot to shift out of proper alignment.

　　Lisfranc骨折脱位通常发生在足严重的扭曲或重物落到足背时。Lisfranc损伤可导致中足的骨头移出正常的序列。

Symptoms（症状）

Symptoms can include severe pain and swelling in the top of the foot, loss of mobility, and bruising. Lisfranc injuries are often mistaken for sprains.

　　症状包括足背严重疼痛、肿胀，活动障碍，以及淤青。Lisfranc损伤常被误诊为扭伤。

Treatment（治疗）

Treatment usually requires surgery and physical therapy. In rare cases, surgery may not be necessary - a cast, splint or brace and rest may be all that is needed.

　　Lisfranc损伤通常需要手术治疗以及物理治疗。有少部分病例，可能不需要手术治疗，使用石膏、夹板或支具以及休息就足够了。
