做外贸生意，我们最渴望的就是在找到客户，进行谈判后，快速拿到客户的打款水单，以确认订单。

The most desired thing in foreign trade business after finding customers and negotiation with them is the bank slip so we can confirm the orders.

但是，很多人不知道，即使客户给了你付款水单，其实这里面还有可能出现问题。

But many people don't know that it could be with some problems even if you get the bank slip from your customers.

如Mike一直说的，一切以款项入账为准。

As I always say that it can be confirmed only after your account receives the payment.

很多人对这个毫无概念，导致浪费了很多时间，甚至被骗，蒙受损失。

Many people have no ideas about this, and therefore, they waste much time and even incur losses from such scam.

为何他们还会因此在生意中蒙受损失？这其实很多是拜老客户所赐。

Why do they incur losses from this in business? Actually, it is mostly caused by the existing customers.

很多人过于相信老客户，总是什么都不多加考虑，便急急忙忙的发货了，于是问题来了。

Many people just trust the existing customers too much. They send goods in a hurry always without certain considerations over things, after which the problems come in.

那么为什么付款水单背后会出现骗局呢？骗局又是如何出现的呢？

So why and how does the bank slip come with problems?

其实，有很多种方式提供给你水单，可以是真水单，可以是假水单。

In fact, there're many ways to provide you with the bank slip. It can be real, it can be spurious.

如何制作假水单呢？网上制图工具太多了，我们用的最熟悉的工具就是PhotoShop。

So how do they make the fake bank slips? You can find so many tools for making pictures and the most familiar tool we use is PhotoShop.

而且，客户不一定非要去银行打款，可以用电脑上的财务系统，也是可以作假的。

What's more, the customers don't have to go to the banks to transfer the payment. They can use some financial system on the computer, which can also make fake bills.

如何在财务系统上作假？

How to make the fake bills through the financial system?

其实，在付款的时候，可以设置执行日期。

Actually, it can be set with Execution Date when the payment is to be transferred.

也就是说，客户完全可以设置很长的执行日期，然后改天再撤销。

That's to say, the customers can withdraw the payment by setting a long Execution Date.

如果客户发给你单据，你看的不仔细，就发货，那你就可能有麻烦了。

So you may get yourself into troubles if you send the goods after seeing the bills with a glimpse.

如果你没发现执行日期的问题，那就是你的问题了。

If you don't find the problems with the Execution Date, then it is your problems.

当然，去银行也是一样，也可以这么设置水单。

Of course, they can set this on the bills through banks, too.

还有一个方式，那就是在填写信息的时候故意写错内容，比如你们公司的名字,信息错误是无法正常收款的。

There' still another way. Namely, they can write the wrong information on the bills to fight against your normal collection of the foreign exchange, your company name, for example.

所以，别傻了，记住Mike说的，一切以款项入账为准，包括老客户。

So, don't be stupid. Remember what I say, it can be confirmed only after your account receives the payment, the existing customers included.
