[艺术家讨论ARTIST TALK]作品讨论会Alexandre Bavard

工作室画廊_画廊空间很高兴在7月20日(周六)举办【艺术家讨论】-法国艺术家亚历山大·巴瓦德（Alexandre Bavard）的作品讨论会。

艺术家将围绕主题“我着迷于创造一种可以超越具体媒介的形式”展开他的近年来的创作介绍。让人兴奋的是，在巴瓦德的工作中更多时下热门的话题可以被挖掘：“未来考古学”，“身体和戏剧”，“剧作、现场和表演”，“总体艺术(Total Art)”等等。

当然，在我们的讨论中不会仅仅止步于此，我们将近一步追问这些话题的背后是怎样一连串的思考？艺术家每天具体的工作又是怎么跟这些话题产生联系的？最终，艺术家的作品又到底能不能让我们看到这些思考！

如果你对以上话题也有话要说，快来加入我们讨论的队伍，说不定你的观点也会被呈现在【艺术家讨论】的报纸上被更多的人分享！Studio Gallery_Gallery Space is delighted to hold the  [ARTIST TALK] based on the works of French artist Alexandre Bavard on July 20th (Sat).

This time, the artist will give us an introduction of his works around the theme "I am fascinated with creating a form that transcends specific media". And what excites us most is that many of the popular topics will be found in Bavard's work, such as "Future Archaeology", "Body and Theater", "Playwright, On Site and Performance", "Total Art ", "Post-Urban World" and so on

Of course, our discussion will not end up here. We will go a step further to dig out what kind of thinking is behind these topics? How does the artist's daily work relate to these topics? Ultimately, can we really feel these thoughts through the artist's works?

If you have your own view towards these topics, please do not hesitate to join us for this time [ARTIST TALK]. Maybe your points of view will be presented in our [ARTIST TALK] newspaper and shared by more people!

Alexandre Bavard is based in Paris and is a former student of the National School of Fine Arts of Lyon. He can be considered a playwright and an interpreter. His work ranges from sculpture to video, music and dance. Bavard creates different universes influenced by his Georgian roots, science fiction and the need for escape and discovery.

亚历山大·巴瓦德（Alexandre Bavard）生活在巴黎，曾就读于里昂国立美术学院。他的工作可以被视为一位剧作家或者说一位翻译者。他的作品包括雕塑、影像、音乐和舞蹈。在巴瓦德（Alexandre Bavard）格鲁吉亚的血缘、科幻小说以及他对于发现和逃避的内在诉求交织在一起的影响下，他迷恋于创造不同的体验。

He is interested in creating a visual language, a form of expression that transcends any specific medium and is fueled by repetition, movement and flow. His wide range of works is related to the theme of a post-urban world, significant artefacts of a past utopia whose importance has long been lost and reused in the form of relics.

他对创造一种视觉语言很感兴趣，一种超越任何特定媒介的表达形式，而重复、运动和流动是其燃料。在他涉猎广泛的作品之下，他所关心的主题是“后城市世界”的主题，过去乌托邦的重要文物，其重要性早已丧失，并以文物的形式重新利用。
