We wake and wonder at the snow.

下雪天，我们一觉醒来，非常兴奋。

It puts on such a lovely show.

窗外正在上演一场美丽的表演。

The snowflakes dance before our eyes.Each snowflake is a different size.

雪花在我们眼前翩翩起舞，每一片雪花形状各异，大小不同。

We grab our hats,boots and coats.

我们赶紧戴上帽子，套上靴子，穿上外套。

We run outside to play.

跑出去玩。

The snow has turned the world all white and made a brand-new day.

整个世界白茫茫一片，焕然一新。

It's no wonder that we cheer snowflakes when they fall each year.

这也难怪，每年下雪的时候，我们在雪花飞扬中欢呼雀跃。

It's no wonder that we slide sleds across the countryside.

我们会滑着雪橇穿越整个乡村。

A chilly  wind comes rushing in.

（玩了一会儿）一阵寒风突然吹进（衣服里）。

We zip our coats up to our chins.

我们赶紧把外套拉链拉到顶直到下巴。

Grandma calls.It's time to go.

奶奶叫我们了，该回家了。

We hurry in from the snow.

我们在大雪中匆匆跑回家。

Baking cookies in the kitchen,we help Grandma roll the dough.

奶奶在厨房准备烤饼干，我们帮她擀面团。

Cookie cutter.Lots of clutter.

用饼干成型刀切割模型，做了一大堆。

Gingerbread men in a row.

然后把姜饼人排成一排。

We drink cocoa by the fire.

我们坐在火炉旁取暖喝热可可。

Grandpa reads our favourite book.

听爷爷读我们最爱的故事书。

The snow outside is getting deeper.

外面的积雪越来越深。

We all run to take a look.

我们都跑出去看一看。

It's no wonder snowmen grow from our garden made of snow.

也难怪我们在花园里堆的雪人会慢慢长大。

It's no wonder that we skate across the lake a figure eight.

也难怪我们可以按照8字形滑过湖面。

It's no wonder that we roam a moonlit path back to our home.

滑完冰后，还可以踩在月光照耀的小路上漫步回家。

It's snow wonder that we sleep snuggled warm in blankets deep.

在这个美丽雪世界的晚上，我们回到家钻进温暖的毛毯深处，依偎在一起酣睡。
