　　应力性骨折，又称疲劳性骨折或积累性劳损，是一种过度使用造成的骨骼损伤，当肌肉过度使用疲劳后，不能及时吸收反复碰撞所产生的震动，将应力传导至骨骼，这样长期、反复、轻微的直接或间接损伤可引起特定部位小的骨裂或骨折。应力性骨折多发生于身体承重部位，如小腿胫腓骨和足部(跟骨、足舟骨、跖骨)。易患人群为足部承重较多的运动员，如篮球、足球、网球运动员，以及田径、体操运动员和芭蕾舞演员。

Overview（概述）

Stress fractures are small cracks that can occur in a bone because of overuse or activities that place high stress on the structures of the foot and ankle.

　　应力性骨折是因足和踝部过度使用或活动引起骨结构过高的应力所引起某块骨的小开裂。

Causes（原因）

Most stress fractures occur when a person increases the amount of high-impact activity within a short period of time, placing undue stress on the feet and ankles. This stress can cause the muscles to become fatigued and lessen their ability to absorb shock from impacts. When this happens, the shock is transferred to the bones, which can

create a fracture.

　　许多应力性骨折发生于人们在短期内增加高强度运动的量，对足踝部造成过度的应力的时候。这些应力会导致肌肉疲劳，对碰撞产生的震荡的吸收能力下降。此时，震荡传递给骨头，导致骨折。

Symptoms（症状）

Common symptoms of a stress fracture are pain during activity that diminishes with rest, swelling on top of the foot or outside of the ankle, tenderness, redness, and bruising.

　　应力性骨折常见的症状包括活动时疼痛，休息时减轻，足背或外踝肿胀、压痛、发红或淤青。

Treatment（治疗）

Treatment options include rest, taping of the foot and ankle, orthotic devices and crutches. In rare cases, surgery may be required.

　　治疗方案包括休息，足踝固定，矫形装置和拐杖。很少情况下，需要进行手术治疗。
