藏传佛教的圆融
SECTION 32. The Harmony of Tibetan Buddhism
以前萨迦派、格鲁派、噶举派、宁玛派的智者们，相互之间有非常精彩的辩论，然而，我们有些人不知道其必要性，认为他们的观点是完全抵触的相违。
In the past the learned scholars of Sakya, Geluk, Kagyü, and Nyingma debated wonderfully; however, some of us do not understand the necessity of debate and think that their views are completely contradictory.
如果谁认定他们就像内与外一样针锋相对，那就是在造漂泊无边恶趣的舍法罪。
Whoever claims their debating is like the swordplay of incompatible enemies who cannot agree on anything is actually committing the misdeed of forsaking the Dharma, which can cause one to roam in the boundless lower realms.
真正说起来，藏地雪域的所有佛法，全部都是大乘。
As a matter of fact, all the Dharma teachings in the Land of Snow are the Great Vehicle teachings.
如果讲中观，大家一律是中观应成派，
When the Middle Way is discussed, everyone will uniformly agree on the view of the Prasaṅgika school.
没有一个人说“我是自续派的”。
Nobody is going to say, I agree with the Svātantrika school.
就密宗而言，大家统统是实修无上续部的人。
As for the Mantrayana, everybody without exception practices Highest Yoga Tantra (Anuttara Yogatantra).
所以，知道“一切教派并不相违”极为重要。
Thus it is crucial to understand that all the lineages are not contradictory.
班禅大师曾说：“我们佛教各派如果统一，会对总的佛教及民族文化等做出贡献。”
Panchen Lama once said: “If all the Buddhist lineages are united, it will make a great contribution to Buddhism in its entirety, to ethnic culture, and so forth.”
因此，我们法脉传承内部之间，不要怀着偏执说什么“我是旧派、你是新派”之类的言语，彼此冷嘲热讽、心生嫉妒，造贪嗔的恶业，否则，那就毁了我们大家。
Therefore among the different lineages we should not say things like “I belong to the earlier lineage, you are in the new lineage” with bias. If we jealously mock one another and commit the negative karma of desire and hatred, we destroy ourselves.
我是诚心诚意说的，我们佛教各派一方面没有好坏之分，同时也没有一丝一毫的相违。
I am saying this seriously and sincerely. The different Buddhist lineages do not fall into “superior” or “inferior” categories, nor do they contradict one another.
如果你觉得有相违，那是你自己不懂。
If you believe they are contradictory, it is only because you lack understanding.
