📍 英语词汇要有范围，所以此处不要忘记services ，因为电商和快递都属于服务，翻译的时候一定要加上范畴类词汇。

📍 报告中经常会出现的一个说法：“三农”：指农业、农村、农民（agriculture, rural areas, and rural residents），如2018年报告：更多向创新驱动、“三农”、民生等领域倾斜。and weighting spending toward innovation-driven development, agriculture, rural areas, and rural residents, and the improvement of living standards.

要多措并举扩消费，适应群众多元化需求。
