📍2023年7月7日财政部、农业农村部、国家金融监督管理总局发布了《关于扩大三大粮食作物完全成本保险和种植收入保险实施范围至全国所有产粮大县的通知》，至此这项政策在全国所有产粮大县。今年政府工作报告将“在全国实施三大主粮生产成本和收入保险政策”写入，意味着这项政策将推行到全国所有三大粮食作物种植区域和农户，实现三大主粮全国覆盖。
