长寿法会
SECTION 43. The Long-Life Dharma Gathering
开长寿法会的目的，并不是想要我一个人长寿，而是为了无偏的如来教法广弘各方、长驻世间，持教高僧大德长久住世，尤其是为了某位持教大德长久住世。
Holding the Long-Life Dharma Gathering is not for my own long life; rather it is for the Buddhadharma to be spread unbiasedly in all directions and remain in this world for a long time, and so that all the lineage holders, and especially one particular great master, live long in this world.
喇荣佛教大学，每年要认真念诵绕那朗巴的《长寿仪轨》至少五万遍。
At Larung we earnestly recite the Long-Life Sādhana by Ratna Lingpa (1403–78) at least 50,000 times.
绕那朗巴的这个《密集长寿大修仪轨》，比其他仪轨的加持力更大，修持它，也有让每个人自己修行圆满的必要。
The power of blessing of this Secret Collective Sādhana of Long-Life Practice (Tshe sgrub gsang ’dus pa) is greater than that of any other sādhana; it is also necessary for everyone to practice it so that our own practice will be perfected.
伏藏大师绕那朗巴，是一位缘起从未破坏过的伏藏大师。
Tertön Ratna Lingpa is a great hidden treasure revealer who has never spoiled the dependent origination.
他缘起成熟的情形是这样的：
When the dependent origination of his activities ripened, it manifested as follows.
一次，有个人要还他的债，那人带着一个相当于百头母牛价值的昂贵瓷碗来，
A man went to see him to return some money, bringing with him a pricey ceramic bowl worth one hundred cows.
在碗里盛上牛奶供养在绕那朗巴面前。当时他正在睡觉，刚刚醒来时，正好是早晨的太阳升起时。白色的碗里装着白色乳汁，他醒来时阳光恰好照在牛奶上，
The man filled it with milk and offered it in front of Ratna Lingpa, who was sleeping. When Ratna Lingpa awoke, the morning sun had just risen, shining its pure light on the white milk in the white bowl.
依此一切缘起吉祥圆满，结果他三世的利生事业在一世完成。
Through this, the dependent origination had been auspiciously perfected, which enabled Ratna Lingpa to complete the activity of spreading the Dharma and benefiting sentient beings in just one lifetime rather than the expected three lifetimes.
他的伏藏法也是广利有情，不管谁修，都大有成效、大有加持。
The teachings of the hidden treasures revealed by Ratna Lingpa have benefited sentient beings broadly. Whoever practices his teachings has found them to be of great effect and immense blessing.
