2021年10月28日，Alnylam发布三季度财报，同时宣布CEO John Maragnore将在年底卸任，并由Yvonne Greenstreet接任。

John Maragnore从2002年加入Alnylam任创始CEO，今年是其在Alnylam的第二十个年头。近20年时间里，John Maragnore领导Alnylam走过高潮和低估，最终成功将RNAi疗法发展为一种全新药物形式。继任者Yvonne Greenstreet从2016年加入Alnylam，目前任职总裁兼COO。
